This Standard, a framework document, develops the criteria which permit to establish, introduce and evaluate in any organization the Ethical and Socially Responsible Management System proposed by Forética.Introducing this System represents for an organisation’s management confidence in itself and the entity with respect to its honesty, loyalty, good faith, transparency and organizational culture. At the same time it encompasses a will to transmit throughout its social environment the culture of Ethical and Socially Responsible Management, with the ultimate goal of gradually getting it closer to society at large.Certifying the management of an organization in agreement with this standard implies voluntarily acquiring a commitment to sustainability in the economic, social and environmental spheres. In addition, it involves applying, demonstrating and maintaining the ethical values expressedin the standard.

SGE 21 establishes requisites for compliance in nine management areas, covering environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues.

SGE 21 is flexible standard applicable to all types of organizations from SMEs to multinationals in a wide range of sectors.

SGE 21 is a system compatible with other reference standards like ILO conventions, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GRI and OECD Guidelines among others.
